How can I buy Bitcoin?

You can buy Bitcoin through Bitcoin ATMs or after creating an order at GECO kiosks. You can also purchase Bitcoin via the Bit.plus mobile app.

Do I need to verify myself?

For one-time cash orders, the limit is 1,000 EUR (equivalent in CZK) per day per person, where verification is not required. Verification is necessary when using the Bit.plus mobile app.

How to buy Bitcoin via a Bitcoin ATM?

All you need is cash and a Bitcoin address. Find one of our Bitcoin ATMs, click the 'Buy' button, and follow the steps required by the Bitcoin ATM.

How to buy Bitcoin via GECO?

First, create an order on our Bit.plus website (select 'Cash Payment'). Enter the amount you wish to purchase Bitcoin for, then provide your Bitcoin address and email, where we will send the order details. Next, visit a GECO kiosk, inform them that you have an order for Bitcoin purchase, provide the ten-digit order number, and pay in cash.

When will I receive the purchased Bitcoin?

You should see the Bitcoin in the blockchain within 15 minutes. After that, it depends on the network how quickly the transaction is confirmed.

What are the fees?

Current rates can be found on the Bit.plus website, where the rates are displayed in the top left corner.

How long does a transaction take?

One to two business days.

What should I do with the complaint slip printed by the Bitcoin ATM?

Take a photo of the complaint slip and send it to the email address provided at the bottom of the slip. Support will offer you various solutions.

What are the limits for exchanging?

The cash limit is 1,000 EUR per day per person per address. Within the app, the minimum exchange amount is 750 CZK, and the maximum is 600,000 CZK, with a daily limit of 10,000,000 CZK. For larger orders, everything is handled individually with Customer Support.

The sales order status is "Incorrectly sent bitcoins." What should I do?

Send us an email at [email protected] with the order code, and we will check everything. We will inform you about what happened and offer various solutions to resolve your order.

Can I create an account for a legal entity in the Bit.plus app?

Yes, download the mobile app. When creating an account, there is an option to set up an account for a legal entity. The authorized person (director/owner) will then create the account and upload identity documents.

How much gold can I withdraw from the app?

Within the mobile app, you can only withdraw one ounce (31.1035g).
